BRAZILIAN JIU JITSU
Our jiu jitsu program is designed for all levels and ages 13 - 99. It includes classes in the gi (the uniform) and classes without it - called 'nogi' or submission grappling.
Beginners start with our "Intro to Jiu Jitsu" classes and quickly add our Drilling, regular Jiu Jitsu, and Submission Grappling classes.
Intro to Jiu Jitsu
This is where you start - at least for your first 2 classes. The foundation of jiu jitsu in a completely safe & welcoming environment. Be yourself. Learn at your own pace. We are there to help each other.
Designed to help you master specific movements and positions and engrain them in muscle memory. Drilling is a great way to learn new moves and refine old ones in a safe and controlled manner.
Adult Jiu Jitsu
For anyone after their first 2 "Intro" classes. Includes a 10 minute warm up, 20 minutes learning/ drilling new positions, and 30 minutes of live sparring. This is where you put what you know into action against resisting teammates.
For people wanting to expand their leg locks, practice without a gi (uniform), or improve their mixed martial arts skillset. Includes 10 minute warmup, 20 minutes learning/ drilling new positions, and 30 minutes of live sparring.
