FITin45

Get a Total Body Workout in 45 minutes

All of our members get free access to our functional fitness, group personal training program, FITin45.

​

These 45 minutes classes use a combination of circuit training and interval workouts with plyometrics, body weight, bike, battle-rope, and kettlebell exercises to provide a Total Body Workout.  You will blast fat, increase mobility and strength, and dramatically improve overall health making you feel better and look better.

The classes are designed to supplement and complement jiu jitsu and are also useful for competition readiness (for those wanting to compete).
